During my stay, I found the staff to be incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to address my needs with a smile. The King Studio Suite was spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately, the pool was unavailable for use, but the overall atmosphere was pleasant and inviting. A few more breakfast options would be appreciated.

It was a perfect match for a mini-vacation in Houston with definitely value for money. The gym and pool were unavailable during our stay, but we appreciated the helpful staff who tried to make the best of the situation.

All fine, but AC issues

The Two-Bedroom Suite with Sofa Bed offered loads of space, perfect for a family getaway. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare our meals and snack whenever we wanted.

Additionally, the air conditioning didn’t work properly, leaving us struggling with warmth during our stay. Hallways had an unpleasant smell, making it uncomfortable to walk through the property. I tried to address these issues, but it felt like they simply shrugged it off, offering only to change our room to one next door that continued to carry the same issues.

Staying for a quick family visit, I really appreciated the spaciousness of the two-bedroom suite. The beds were comfortable, and the shower was fantastic. Although there were minor upkeep issues like a loose toilet paper holder, the welcoming staff and tasty breakfast made our stay enjoyable. I would definitely consider coming back in the future.

Yo, the dining scene near the Residence Inn was lit! Buffalo Wild Wings and Saltgrass Steak House were just a stone's throw away, letting us score some tasty grub after a long day. Plus, the King Studio Suite was spacious and had a full kitchen, making it easy to whip up some late-night snacks and feel right at home!

On the flip side, had a lil' hiccup during check-in. The staff thought my payment didn’t go through and tried to hit me up for it again. All good now, but that could've been smoothed out with better listening. Still, it didn't ruin the fun!
